SOMAFIX CHEMICAL ANCHOR (POLYESTER BASED) S700

Description:

Thixotropic resin, two-component, polyester-based for anchor fixing. Applied using a special gun (345 ml) or silicone gun (300 ml) with static mixer. Fast curing. Allows good proximity and stability between fixed parts. Suitable for vertical and horizontal applications.

Application Areas:

Can be used for fixing materials in hollow materials, solid concrete, natural stone and granite, cable ducts, pipe connections, metal profiles, kitchen and bathroom fittings.

Usage Instructions:

Remove the screw cap. Rotate the static mixer onto the appropriate injection cartridge. Place the cartridge in the gun. Operate the gun until the output resin turns to a uniform gray color. The anchor is ready for use. Do not use the first 10 cm.

Instructions for Solid Materials:

Use a suitable drill bit for drilling. Remove dust from the hole. Inject resin until it fills 2/3 of the drill hole. Press the anchor rod with manual rotation (see curing time). See curing time to know when the anchor can be loaded.

Instructions for Hollow Materials:

Use a suitable drill bit for drilling. Insert the installed hollow sleeve. Inject the resin. Insert the anchor rod according to the curing time. See curing time to know when the anchor can be loaded.

Safety:

Wear appropriate hand and face protection. In case of skin contact, wash skin with plenty of water and soap.

Shelf Life:

For 300 ml 12 months. For 345 ml 15 months. Production date is printed on the product.
